 Some Additional Thoughts.

Its time to tell the truth!

U.S. backed Israeli genocide of Palestine
is THE number ONE root cause of
terrorism in the world!

The politics of extremism has taken us to the brink of world war and economic meltdown. Yet the Authoritarians in power continue their game of brinkmanship heedless of the cost in human lives and suffering.

To "Win" a "War" means someone must "Loose". That is the politics of extremism and what happens when politicians prefer war instead of diplomacy. What the world needs is a win/win solution. Only when both sides can win will there be a lasting peace.

The Fair Plan may not be perfect but I have heard of no other plan that offers a better 50/50 partition of a disputed land and a win/win solution.

The paramount challenge that has been around for 58 years is the Palestinian question. How and where to create a Palestinian homeland. In my humble opinion, if all the Peace Organizations in the world would get together and solve this one question many of their individual goals would be much closer to realization. The Fair Plan is not a goal that any one organization can accomplish.

It is good to 'protest war' but much better to work promoting an actual plan for peace. All the Fair Plan takes is talking it up. Let other people and organizations know about it and that you think it is the right thing to do. The more organizations join in the louder our collective voice becomes.

Up until now there has not been a single plan that whole world could work on. We would have much more power and influence if we all put some of our energy and effort behind a single goal all at the same time. The Fair Plan is one that everyone could work on just by letting the world (especially your home government) know you and your organization are in favor of it.

There must be pressure from above (i.e. the international community and UN General Assembly) and from below (i.e. from voters demanding their government to do the right thing). Many of your organizations are already set up to do letter writing and call in campaigns to the government in your country.

I agree the Israelis have a right to defend themselves. The question must also be asked: Do the Palestinians have a right to defend themselves? If the answer is no, then the only role allowed them is that of victim and the Israelis that of victimizer. If the answer is yes, the answer begs the question: How? With no outside resources how would YOU defend YOUR family and home against military jet aircraft, rockets, tanks, armored bulldozers and helicopter gun ships?

There has never been a serious plan for peace!

How can we believe the US or British governments are genuinely interested in peace? They sold weapons of mass destruction to both sides during the Iran/Iraq war, they took us to war in Afghanistan, enforced economic war sanctions against the citizens of Iraq for 10 years then blatantly lied us into a second war in Iraq, and they are now beating the drum for war with Iran.

Their actions belie their words again and again. Everything they have done has been calculated to destabilize the entire Middle East region. Saddam's crime was that he had a stable government! All they do is give us the illusion they are talking about peace while they put their energy, effort, time, planing, organization, and money to work manipulating and creating a wider war.

33 countries voted in favor of the 1947 partition, resolution 181: Australia, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Belarus, Canada, Costa Rica, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Guatemala, Haiti, Iceland, Liberia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Sweden, South Africa, Ukraine, United States, USSR, Uruguay, Venezuela.

I would like to ask those 33 countries that voted in favor of partition what they think of their vote after seeing almost 60 years of pain, suffering, bloodshed and death that followed as a result of their vote?
Do they think their vote was worth it?
Is that vote a symbol of national pride or shame?
Knowing what they do now would they vote the same way again?
Would they take that vote back, if they could?
Would they be willing to vote to correct the original if possible?

Where are all those Christian organizations
that claim to "save children"?

Adults wage war and the children suffer.

These are but a few of the thousands.

Volunteers for peace become victims too.

Another "Liberated" city and more "Liberated" people.
